Overall nice place. We were able to somewhat haggle for a side spot that was plowed since we didn’t need hookups. Hookups are lined up like a parking lot so not too desirable but great for a one nighter. Would stop here again if a shower + WiFi (fast) is needed. Showers are NICE. Hot tub is tiny. Could barely hear the train.

Not a lot open at this time of the year due to snow around still I'm guessing. Did the job though . Has everything you need, showers, toliets, water, laundry, WiFi and even a public hot tub. I got a spot right out front of reception which is obviously designed for RVs. Not great for car campers/vans. No privacy and very exposed. Noisy spot too with trucks going past - ear plugs help though!
Sites are powered and the guy at the deck gave me a little discount as I said I don't actually need all the bells and whistles!
Wouldn't stay here again. I used the hot tub to get my moneys worth. $45 a night.
Great customer service at deck though, very friendly!

Small sites, but open in winter. Sleep in my car for this road trip. $50 for and “rv” site with power. Size suited my CRV or maybe something larger. A bit pricy but a nice break and close enough to spent time in town. Includes showers you need to press a button to keep going (free), hot tub (asked to keep to 30 mins) and $3 washer and dryer in each washroom

So good, we came back for another night in the hot tub.

After several days of wild camping this was a real treat. THERE IS A HOT TUB! Open till 10pm for all guests, no matter the type of site you choose. We took an RV site with power only, they have yurts, large cabins and walk-in campsites, as well as full service RV sites. There is laundry, hot showers, and bathrooms open all night. They’re currently building more yurts and also have a canteen open till 8pm that has ice and snacks.

Wonderful hosts, great complimentary hot showers, clean bathrooms. Firewood available for a fee. $45 per night for a site with electricity. Highway noise is loud, but being close to the highway is also a plus for access and it didn’t bother us at all. Highly recommend

Very nice. Helpful friendly reception. A lot of construction at this time making the park even nicer. Definitely going to be a noisy stay. Trains and highway. Only staying one night so shouldn’t be too bad.

Found this as a first come first serve site for the long weekend (we just have one small tent). They had two perfect auxiliary sites that can only be reserved in person. After two weeks on the road this place was everything we needed. For the first time on our trip we were able to do laundry, use nice clean bathrooms and we even had access to the hot tub and wifi. All for $30 per night. JC at the front desk was one of the most pleasant people we have ever come across and he really made the experience. I absolutely would recommend staying here!

Not as good as other winter options I've used. Snow is cleared, but not great. Sites are quite small. I was not able to get my trailer & truck into one site, so had to park the truck in a neighbouring site (with permission & no add'l cost).

Washrooms are a bit rundown & don't smell great.

A lot of highway noise. WiFi is OK, not great. Also a lot of small engine noise, possibly snowmobiles. The trains are the least intrusive of all.

As noted, sites are quite small. No room for an awning. No picnic tables/fire pits at sites. Maybe no room for a slide-out. Even in summer. Zero privacy.

At $55/night, quite expensive for the state of what's available. This is really a one-night option. Can't see staying any longer.

Nicer resort with warm showers, hot tub, 50amp service in the winters. Water and sewer at sites in the summer.

There is a highway on one side and a train on the other. These don’t bother me but May bother others.
