I've stayed here before, but always asked. When I asked this time they said the town of Conway doesn't like them taking away business from campgrounds so I would be on my own. There are 'no overnight camping' signs so I moved on ..

Stayed one night in the overflow lot next to Walmart without any issues. There were probably a dozen other overnighters too. There are definitely “no overnight” signs but clearly aren’t enforced

Checked inside first, they seemed confused. Another family came in at some point overnight and left in the morning.

Stayed here a night w no problem. Saw multiple other rvs, vans, and trailers. Personally i didnt see any no overnight parking signs but i didnt look very hard. The wifi reaches pretty far which is nice. I parked on the left side of building if facing the walmart. On the lot across, not directly next to the building and the wifi still reached

There are definitely (small) No Overnight Parking signs at both entryways to the side lot! They are still here in September and were also here back in July, the last few people are wrong about there being no signs.

With that said, I stayed in an RV several different nights in July and September without issue. I would leave to explore during the day and come back at night and there were always at least a half dozen other vans/RVs/truck campers. There were also a lot of cars that were parked overnight. The employees also park in the side lot. There was one employee in a yellow vest that asked a Winnebago RV to turn off their generator but when I talked to the couple afterwards, they said they weren’t asked to leave.

Walmart WiFi extends to the side lot if you park all the way down near the pickup area.

I would suggest not parking in the side lot and going towards the garden center. Less cars park over there.

This Walmart has lots of lights and signs that say "Cameras in Use." There aren't any "no overnight parking" signs. I stayed on the far corner by the garden center, where there were 4 class B RVs and another Promaster (I'm also in a Promaster).

Felt very safe.

It isn’t closed and it is not posted with no overnight parking. Not in the front lot nor the side lot. There is camera surveillance notices posted everywhere though and that is all.

It was disconcerting to see all the “no overnight parking” signs, but I took the risk anyway, following previous posters’ instructions to park in the side lot. There were at least half a dozen other RVs, vans, and car campers already here and I had a trouble-free night.

read the others' reports and figured we'd check this out. there were a few other truck campers and a small rv in the lot when we pulled in, so I figured we'd be good. we did not check w management due to seeing others there. a few more rigs came in later at night. no issues..except the extremely high wins that shock my van overnight!
** also good access to the mtb, snowmobile trails. can ride there from the lot

I asked the greeter at the door and he said " no problem , just park to the side ". There are other RVs here too.

No problem right now with overnight in the left parking lot. Just ask first. They ask you keep a low profile and no generators. Seems to be catching on- fair amount of boondockers.

absolutely not closed. Park off to the side lot. yes it's marked no overnights, but management is fine with it. 5 other rvs with me, as well as quite a few car campers. vzw and att data is very fast. level lot. little noise, but hey....it's free. not complaining.

Gf just asked manager said it was ok for a night, I read the signs their about towing so I assume it’s leaving a car. Anyway all ok as if 4/2021

Have spent many nights here on and off over the past couple of months, even a few days in a row a couple times. Never have had an issue, have seen other campers and RVs here aswell. Just park in the side lot

Converted van crashed here for a night before visiting mount washington. There must have been 15-20 RVs/Campers in lot. Fire trucks, Police and tow trucks came in middle of night for something, but didn’t care about over-nighters. There was also a few sketchy mini van & car sleepers. Walmart you never disappoint! We would crash again but it was a bit of a circus on our night.

Plenty of RV’s and cars staying overnight. Quiet spot for the night. Walmart closes at 10pm & had a Dunkin Donut inside.

Technically the town doesn't allow overnight parking but at the customer service they told us we should just park. They have never heard of police checking in. We spent a quiet night with a handful of other RVs and car campers. Great place to explore Kancamagus Highway.

Safe place for overnight van parking. Left side, far back of parking lot. Well lit. Clean bathrooms inside.
