We couldn’t get to the other two points (bonsai paradise...) as it was too steep, even with our 4 wheels, didn’t feel comfortable enough. But this place was a great second choice !! On the river with sand and flat area to park your car or your tent.

This spot is really beautiful, at the edge of the water and at the foot of the mountains. We got off with our motorhome, and we quickly regretted it. The descent is on a great slope, we skated a lot to go up… (3.5 tons). Be careful and be sure to be able to go up :)
Report Check-InLovely spot with perfect sandy tent place and great views! Really only enough space for one. Good access track for any vehicle.
Report Check-InVery nice spot. There was a tent so we parked at the bottom, as we had a camper. The tent spot is well protected!
Report Check-InVery nice and beautiful spot for bikepackers or camper van. A bit out of the way to go down to Coyhaique, but worth it for me. Next to the river, sand to put tent, not visible from the road. Fisher man at the end of the day only.
But not so many places, I guess 2-3 tente no more.
Enjoy and take your trash with you ! :)
Great spot under the tree (some trash). Also some bikers slept on the beach. Right next to a beautiful river in which we swam in the evening and morning!
Report Check-InVery nice place to stay, only a bit off route 7 / Carretera Austral. We were all alone (expect for two fishers who passed by) and it’s a beautiful place on the river with nice views and easy accessible for our van. Almost flat place at the left, close to the tree. No connection with Movistar. Bit dirty with toilet paper in the bush (never understand why not take all your trash?).
Report Check-InUnder a tree there is space for one tent, two if you like camping really close together. Small fire pit and rocky access to the river. Tenting ground is on sand. It's really cozy there and much less visited than the next overlander spot towards Puerto Cisnes.
Report Check-InWonderful place, quiet, protected, with access to clear and fresh river... perfect!
Report Check-InGreat spot. Able to get in and out easily with a van. Good flat spot to park up or pitch a tent. Fresh water in the river. Secluded from the road but still a little bit of traffic noise.
Report Check-InBonsaï Paradise and the next were full with locals, and we did not feel comfortable entering because people would have to move.
This place has easy access and offers a sandy flat spot on the eastern side (which turned out to be an access path to another beach). Our Land Cruiser with roof tent was barely visible from the road. The rapids in the river are very audible, more so than the traffic.
Great spot, quiet. Horseflies abundant during sunshine.
Report Check-InGreat for cyclists, non 4x4 or high clearance, motorcycles should be ok... Room for maybe 4 tents or 2 possibly 3 vans/campers/trucks. Right on river, about 50 meters from road and only one spot kind of hidden. Haven't fished yet but might get something this evening. Firepit, easy access, beautiful view, wood around, free. No trash, if you see any pick up please. Enjoy
