Report Check-InNous sommes restés 4 nuits, c'est un spot incroyable pour visiter Nouveau York ! La nuit peut être un peu bruyante, mais pas du tout glauque ni menaçante, nous nous sommes sentis en sécurité et à l'aise de laisser le minivan stationné là en journée, c'était rassurant d'avoir beaucoup d'autres campeurs dans la même rue.
Comme déjà précisé, il faut faire attention aux journées de nettoyage (lundi-jeudi d'un côté, mardi-vendredi de l'autre).
À pieds, la station de métro est à 7 minutes, et Central Park à 35 minutes, c'est tellement le fun !
We stayed 4 nights here, it's an incredible spot to visit NY ! Can be a bit noisy, but not sketchy at all, we felt very safe (and confident leaving the minivan parked here all day), as there were several campers in the street.
As said before, check for cleaning days (mon-thurs on one side, tue-fri on the other).
Walking, you are at 7 minutes from metro station and 35 minutes from Central Park, that's awesome !
I spent a few nights on Riverside Dr (a bit further south than this) & had a great experience. It took me a while to find an open spot - but once I did I was able to stay there with no issue. Surprisingly quiet nights & a great spot right in Manhattan!
Report Check-InSpend 4 nights at this spot. Great place in Manhattan. Public restrooms at the playground (closed at night). Just check the cleaning days and sit in your car at this time and wait for the cleaner.
Report Check-InGreat spot for the night. À nice path by the Hudson is close by. Washroom available in the Park 300 feet from my Van but closed at night. Suggested restaurants on Brodway are Community and for breakfast Absolute Bagel. WE finally spent 3 nights en enjoyed the proximité of the metro (600 meters).
