Nothing too special but close to town. Flat level area, suitable for big rigs within reason. There are toilets more or less nearby in the bus terminal. Turnstile was open when we were there so they were free.
Cops showed up around midnight (we were awake with light on and blinds up) but neither stopped nor said anything so we're guessing it is ok to camp here. Otherwise super quiet and nobody bothered us.
Good 4G from Entel and Claro.

Nice place with police round during the night. ayjey said to me nothing. But in the morning when I was waiting for information closed to the tourist office policeman went for me and they give me some information about no fire and it's not allowed to sleep in car or motrhome or camper in the city. It's new form begin of December 2023. So if you want to sleep for free you have to be outside of the city.

Passamos uma noite, lugar tranquilo e silêncioso. Pouco movimento até umas 22hrs, onde policial passam fazendo ronda, mas não nos abordaram. Usamos o toilet da rodoviária no dia seguinte. Com bom sinal 4G da claro
Report Check-InWe were here on a Saturday night, and even so it was a quiet night. The cops appeared at 10pm, but they said nothing to us -we think it's just their route.
