Latest Check-Ins

Small wooded campground featuring a network of mountain bike trails, also used by walkers. 35 sites fairly close together. We were in #4, classified as a "large" site, maybe 30ish feet in length, plenty for a camper van. No electric, pit toilets, showers, and the cutest outdoor kitchen with dishwashing, coffee maker, and community plates, pans, and mugs. Reservable during peak season, but was all first-come first-served in October. No problem finding a site on Indigenous People's weekend, whereas several nearby campground were either closed, booked, or required minimum stays. $16 ME residents or $27 out-of-state.

This is quite possibly the nicest campground I’ve ever stayed at for $27.50 a night. Hot (free) showers, a kitchen with running water for washing dishes, pet friendly, flush toilets… it’s a great place to stay if you have been on the road a while and need to clean up.

Nice campground, though the sites are not very private.
