Nice, clean rooms with shower for 20 000 Ths. Great place to spend our first night in Tanzania after crossing the border with Rwanda. Parking space four smaller rigs, but no space for camping.

The guesthouse itself is ok. Since I’m travelling solo they gave me a smaller room for 10000. But only cold water for shower and no breakfast included. Room was next to kitchen and dining room, so unfortunately very noisy with their TV.
Also no real parking space for sleeping in the car. The open spaces on the photo are all built up by now. Parking only for small city cars. I just parked in front of the entrance, no privacy as quite a few people and children pass by. All very friendly, but still no privacy.
So if you want to sleep in your car I cannot recommend this place.
Due to the lack of space it’s also not big rig or tent friendly anymore.

A four night stay here and the ambiance is beckoning me for a fifth but I must push off into new waters. My time here is relaxing and informative spending many hours with the owner Lawerence who speak very good English. The room is just fine and hot water in the en-suite bathroom and western toilets. Good Vodacon signal. food is traditional Tzn and based on the traffic of local professional to eat here must be good. I quite enjoyed it and didn’t do any of my own cooking but learned the local recipes from my frequent times in the outdoor kitchen. Very welcoming staff who encompany me to walks to the market. Will return if by this way again

A perfect place. After a long day of cycling we were warmly welcomed by the owner. Super clean, spacious rooms, clean and big comfortable bed with mosquito net, hot shower. Delicious food (fried fish, spinach, rice and salad) for 8.500 pp. Highly recommended! and only 20.000 tzs per room. Good breakfast and nice chats with the owner.

Friendly owner. Simple and clean rooms Dinner will cost TSH 8000 per person. Double rooms will cost TSH 20.000. Breakfast included.

They serve an "international" breakfast if you are an foreigner. This includes an egg and breads and/or chapati..
I think you can also ask for a local breakfast. That's an soup with a piece of chicken and a chapati.

Lovely place to stay over. Paid 20,000tsh for 2 people in a double room with private bathroom, shower and breakfast included. The toilet is western style. Shower is hot. Mosquito net provided. The room is big and spacious and very clean. TV available although it didn't work in our room, didn't bother us though. Bed is comfortable and bedding is fresh. Breakfast included the next morning. Had eggs and Chipati (local bread that looks like a pancake) and coffee. The chipati is delicious. Owners and staff very friendly and speak good English. Safe parking outside as its the local restaurant for police.

Nice place with very clean rooms, (very) hot showers, western toilets and breakfast included for 20'000 TZS (2person). We ended up sleeping in our rooftop tent just outside front as we were not sure about security (no fence around parking, guard maybe, someone was there in the evening but no english). However the room looked perfectly nice so staying inside would be a good option. No one english speaking there wenn we visited, but helpful staff evening/morning.

Wonderful guesthouse. The owner is very kind and the staff are helpful too. Paid 20,000 for camping, rooms are also available and look very nice and clean. An excellent meal was included in this price. Owner let us use a room for showering.

Felt very safe camping in our tent in the courtyard, however just to make you aware, we camped on a Friday night and there was a huge party in the town and extremely loud music playing till 0630am. So got approximately 5 mins sleep all night. This is through no fault of the guest house though and would likely be a lot worse in any other hotel in the town as all the others listed are a lot closer to the main square of town which is where the music was coming from.
We’ve sort of just realised that sleep isn’t really possible in African towns on a weekend.

What a lovely family! They let me use one of the rooms for a hot shower in the morning. Ate dinner there and also breakfast, charged 25,000. Quiet at night even though it’s in town

Was a bit tricky to find as it was Sunday and the streets were used for a market. We ended up enjoying our stay. We had to use the squad toilet area to bucket wash. They very apologetic explained they would have let as use the room for a hot shower and toilet but they were all occupied. Their friendly, warm and welcoming nature made up for it. They really want to make you feel at home. They make meals but you have to tell them what you like and they will go out of their way to accommodate you. We decided to have breakfast and requested scramble eggs. They wanted me to show them and i ended up cooking our eggs with all the ladies watching. It was great fun. I rolled our eggs up in a chapati, tamatoe sauce and we had fruit. 2500 Tsh for 2 for breakfast. The owner even wanted to include it in the camping fee but we insisted to pay! Great people. The sign is not very visible but people will direct you. It was a quiet place. Their kitchen is also available for you to cook your meal if needed.

Chatted to the lady working on site. No English. Place was full when we arrived but the owners weren’t around. Tried to call them to ask if we could camp in the garden but they didn’t answer.
+255784787139 is the number we were given.

as described, breakfast of chapati, fruits and hot water/coffee included
big, clean rooms with private bathroom 20.000TZS/night, beds very comfortable with good mosquito nets
the guard washed our car in the night as it seems, no costs for this

Surprisingly good. Very clean rooms with a normal toilet and a comfortable bed. Staff speaks great English and are very nice. They let us use their kitchen and cutlery when we made food.

From a guy that almost never sleeps elsewhere than my rooftop I can recommend a night in these rooms if you’re on your way to the Rwandan boarder. Price was 20,000 shilling/room and breakfast included.

Place was a bit tricky to find but on the south side main dirt road like 200m on a twospoor-road. The location on Maps.me is accurate.
