You can park in the final of the village where the street ends. there is a tree with a good shadow to leave the car. In the last house ask for Senhor Queno. This funny guy take us (two persons) only 50reais to go to Mangue Seco and come back. In the village they were asking for 60 reais per person! He also let us take a shower on his house.

Went to Mangue Seco with Senhor Queno, great friendly guy, we were 6 and paid 80 to go and come back two days later! We parked just by his house for free.
