Beautiful surrounding area in high attitude-2100m-;the washrooms are very well maintained and choosy warm, snack&drink machines, for a good sleep the I80 is to close and pretty noisy....

Report Check-InOne of the only options nearby in early April 2023 because of snow and Sutherland rest area being closed, so it was pretty crowded but worked in a pinch for a short night's sleep
Report Check-InI believe it’s the closest no hassle place to the Truckee area. Nice rest stop with restrooms. It is a bit noisy though since it’s right next to the 80 with lots of trucks and people coming and going all night
