Description
Some spots for campers on the sandy area next to the tented camp. Camping 25k pp incl breakfast. Ablutions (also used by staff) basic: one flush pit toilet, one urinal, one cold shower. Really nice area for relaxing. Great local and foreign food available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Fresh juices, coffee and beer. We had pizza and Christmas lunch, which we really enjoyed. Staff all very friendly, especially Ivan the accommodation manager / cook and Theo the owner. Because there was very loud music at the neighbors one night Theo offered us to stay at their bush camp on Mt Moroto for the same price, which was really nice and quiet. You can also sleep in a safari tent or in a room in the guesthouse and they offer lots of tours. They are planning to make a new grassy campsite with ablutions and kitchen opposite to the guesthouse.

Report Check-InDidn't stay, just came for lunch and to use wifi. Food not that great, but the wifi is very fast. Definitely worth coming for a drink if you need to get some work done.

Safe place to park de motorbikes.
They asked 10 usd pppn. We showed them the review in Ioverlander from one year ago stating a price of 25.000 Shilling. Again a huge increase in price. After negotiating they dropped to 5 usd pppn without breakfast. Still overpriced. Remember, for staying the night on a small parking lot! You might first want to check out Obama's.
Report Check-Init is a place for tour operators! for camping it is 25000 ppn.you stay in parking lot just infront of the bar and tented camps! the brand new travel guide we have says 15000 ppn, so we asked why the rised the prices that high?! He sayd because of taxes! we think the reason is that! this place got famous for foreign tourists and tour operators and it is metiond in the lonely planet! They have a nice bar but we went to Obama and sonst guest house! It depends what you are looking for...for us it was an overpriced musungu place!!
