Now departs from Plaza De Santa Teresa. Still 10am and 4pm, 2 hour duration. My English speaking guy was an enthusiastic fellow named Edgar. Worth the time.

So we were pretty exited to take the free tour because Cartagena is a very amazing town. Unfortunately, we felt that our levels of Spanish was not enough to take the tour in Spanish and we end up with the English speaking guide. This was not really the best tour ever. We had Arturo who love to call himself "King Arthur" and who really do evrything it can to give a good tour. Unfortunatly this was a lot of annoying anecdotes and very badly explained historical facts. The tour passed by three shops where he explained that thank to him we could have a discount...and at the end of course he told us that we have to give something and how much we should give be...the way it was done felt very weird. I don't recommend this tour if your guide call him self "King Arthur" lol

Free walking tour that occurs every day at 10am and 4pm and lasts 2 hours. There are two types of tours, one is about the historical city center and the second about Getsemani. we did the one through the old city and it was really interesting. Bring some water with you.
