we called in a couple of times today but there was nobody around. the owner of the complex said Dave still works there but Jeremy doesn't. he provided daves tetelephone number as +1 867 334 3642. we left a couple of messages but have had no callback.

You need to be lucky to catch him at the right time at his shop. But if you do, lucky you! Dave took lots of time to check and diagnose what the problem was with our RV - our alternator died. We got the part and he installed it and fixed two more problems. But the best part was to meet him and get to know him a little, truly a beautiful soul and a hippie mechanic indeed!

Dave is awesome! We had to replace our manifold and he did it in the cheapest way he could. SHOCKINGLY CHEAP, it was extremely pleasant. Managed to save our tail pipe. Had a great time hanging here with Dave and a few of his buddies. You should not go to any other mechanic while in Whitehorse!

Very very good, cheap and super nice mechanic!
The location here is wrong - the actual shop is a little bit more south (it's also in the app here).

Stop. Is your van running good (or so ya think?}. Good. Stop here anyway, Dave and Jeremy can make it run better, and if they can't, then you will just have had a great time! A bit tricky to find, not on maps, google and doesn't have a name. Take the unpaved rd off the highway, first left, then right and the garage is right in front of you (at the right hand side corner of the premise). The garage door is white painted, there is a high fence running on the right hand side with lots of trucks and buses parked along it. The dog will play fetch with you until you can't anymore lol

Super chilled, easy going and honest mechanic! he's used to help travelers on the alaska highway, and he helped us as well (ford e350 van).
A much better and cheaper option than ford or toyota!
(has computer for diagnostics as well)
