Large gravel parking lot by the ocean. We stayed here in the off season without issue. Cars come and go, especially on weekends. Saw a police cruiser in the night doing a vehicle check but otherwise very quiet except for the sound of the crashing waves.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Lots of level parking. Busy during the day but at night all you can hear are the ocean waves lulling you to sleep.
Report Check-InThere is a sign that says No Camping. Too tight for big rigs. We did not stay.
Report Check-InBig gravel parking lot next to the road with a lake on one side and the ocean with crushing waves on the other. Got spot for a night
Report Check-InBusy for a sunny Saturday on a long weekend but for the night it was quiet after the festive fireworks at the cottages.
Ocean on one side is great to swim in, warm and not too choppy and the lake on the other side was great to dip the dogs into to get the salt water rinsed out of their fur.
The scenery is very nice and it's quiet at night except for the sound of the waves. After 8 o'clock in the morning, people will come to the beach to play. It is very lively during the day and the sand is very fine. It is a very good sea view parking space.
Report Check-InBeautiful place to stay overnight but as the other said the crashing wave could be annoying to some if the soundproof of your motorhome is not doing its job. The only issue is the police knocked our windows in the morning at 8:30 telling us that we’re not allowed to park our van in parallel with the beach. He told us to park correctly and repeated twice that he will come back “in the near future” to check.
Report Check-InThis is a really nice spot, plenty of space. Disgusting public toilets ( if you need to use). The beach is quite incredible, water was warm enough to swim in. However, the waves crashing on the shore caused us to sleep lightly.
Report Check-InGreat spot. Very busy during the day but it was quiet when we got in last night. Big parking lot with lots of space to park.
Report Check-InGreat spot - busy on Sunny Sundays in the summer, but dies down as the sun sets and maybe half dozen vans. Pit toilets and garbage
Report Check-InBeautiful place on the side of the beach, couples toilet and recycle an garbage bin, not much traffic during the night, we slept really well
Report Check-InNice parking near the beach, the only sound was the waves. Many pit toilets and bin.
Report Check-InWonderful beach to park at! During the summer season they have garbage cans and pit toilets (not sure about over the winter)
Report Check-InSuper belle vue! Tranquille, nous n’avons pas eu de probleme, la police est passée sans rien dire.
Report Check-InStayed one night in the main parking lot, in my station wagon. Evening was peaceful, but around 7:15am a park facilities truck began making continuous laps of the parking lot, emptying bins, and checking things out, (this continued until I left at 10am). He never spoke to me, but I got the sense he wasn’t keen to have me there.
Report Check-InSuper spot pour passer la nuit avec une vue magnifique sur l'océan. Un peu de passage en soirée mais très calme le reste de la nuit. Nous n'avions que le bruit des vagues pour nous bercer.
Report Check-InGood spot direct on the ocean. Just good for 1 night. A park ceeper told us. Nice beach but a lot of people at daytime in the summer Saison.
Report Check-InGreat view but very exposed and there is a "no camping" sign put up. And there is an unfriendly neighbourhood watch lady running up and down the parking lot the entire morning (and probably rest of the day) telling people not to stay overnight. Police saw as at night coming in and didn't say anything though.
