Description
This is a relatively new campsite located just outside Hornopiren, about 10 minutes from the ferry. It seems like you are taking a long road to nowhere, but it opens into a beautiful meadow with plenty of camping spots for rigs of all kinds and tents galore! There are clean bathrooms and cold water shower stalls, and fire pits. 3000 Chilean pesos per person. We chose a spot right next to the river and spent a very peaceful night here. The bathroom building has electricity for charging phones and camera batteries.

Open field with access to river negro. Lovely spots and the owner will bring you a picnic table upon request. Challenging little road going up to the camping; lush green and bumpy.
Toilets and showers very basic but clean. Mainly tents; we have a van which moves around pretty easy. Not suitable for big campervans.
