Report Check-InFantastic spot in great location that felt very safe. When we went there were LOADS of other campervans of all different shapes and sizes - most were converted buses so we felt small!
Couldn't find the pit toilets, but the bus terminal is pretty close - bring your own paper and hand wash/sanitiser and be ready to hover!
Definitely recommended, although in peak season I imagine this area will be PACKED.
We stayed here for two nights with lots of other overlanding vehicles, mostly argentinians. Very calm and quiet, walking distance to the beach and downtown san martin. The bus terminal which has toilets is not too far away and a few restaurants on the beach are designated as public restrooms.
Report Check-InWe read that the police, under the pressure of the hoteliers, was clearing the square in the evening. We were 3 nights together with many other motorhome and no one told us anything. Great place to turn the town on foot.
Report Check-InBig parking, easy access, even for motorhome. Been there Friday and Saturday night, it can be a little noisy as this is a place where young people come to drink and take music on the cars, but not so late, it wasn't a problem for us. Didn't see the toilets, but didn't look for ! Close to the center and Anonima, everything doable by walking. Begging of the trekking to Bandurrias viewpoint and Playa Islita (¡ not free : they ask for 100pesos to pass 15minutes before the viewpoint)
Report Check-InThe dixi toilets are in the large parking lot to the right side of the foodtrucks.
Report Check-InNão se pode dizer que é um camping selvagem, porque fica no centro da cidade, em frente à orla do lago lacar, local amplo seguro e quieto, ótimo para estacionar e pernoitar. Fácil acesso para Motorhomes e trailers
Report Check-In3 pit toilets, no drinkable water, do not use the one from the river nearby, it is full of garbage. Can be noisy in the week in the summer with music but it i a Nice spot with a nice view and other motorhomes.
Report Check-InConvenient spot close to the centre. Pit toilets were available and clean. Lots of tourists, full with cars (now in high season). Be careful with the wind, it can be really strong (you might not want to park under the trees. During the week rather quiet at night.
Report Check-InStayed 2 nights as it was very windy and in this case it is dusty. In town it is much less windy but noisy too.
Police is around here often, gives security! There are now 3 portable toilets at this parking and ar least 20 vehicles every night since it is high season now. Great place!
exelente lugar todo cerca. conocimos muchos amigos viajeros en motorhome food trucs c buen precio. no se puede hacer fuego. si mascotas.
Report Check-InQuite and safe night. Stand there with 6-8 other overlanders. No toilets nearby - just in restaurants. But for one night super!
Report Check-InBuzy spot in day and night but very safe, spend 4 night there and no one bothered us. Really close to the center. Lot of space, even for big rigs.
Report Check-InI thunk we picked the wrong day of the week to park here. Loud people and cars Friday night and Saturday morning.
Report Check-InPerfect spot... nothing more To say.
the lake, the beach, town at 5 minutes walk and quiet at night !
the parking spot at the beach is for free and I was here for two weeks and there were always camper vans staying there overnight and sometimes for even more days. during the day possible as well. there are even portable toilets and you've got a great view of the lake. Restaurants and supermarket are close, 5 min walk to the main square
