Price increase. Now 480 for 2 people for camping. Very expensive.
Campsite is nice in front of a dam, ablutions clean and hot shower.
WiFi at the reception.

Yes. A lovely place to stay. Follow signs to reception and the digs will announce your arrival. Wonderful friendly, helpful welcome. Hot water even with load shedding. Weak MTN. Good Telecom. Recommend.

How to Book - Just phone 0828677620
Check in process - Drive straight to campsite and sort out fees when you have the time
Unique things - Beautiful mountain biking trail and trail running (15km of it), beautiful views of the mountains reflecting off the dam
Ablutions - very clean, hot water
Better sites - Try get 9-12, they're by the water and away from the other lodges
Access - main road is filled with tons of potholes but super easy to find
Internet - intermittent with MTN, Telkom was okay
Other notes - hosts were friendly, worth the mission to Highmoor National Park, about 15km away

A campsite at the top! the area is magnificent with a river that you can descend with buoys, a pond, some farm animals for the children, chalets by the lake, camping pitches with grass and hiking trails along the leaving the campsite!! Absolutely nice owners, they even make bread that they sell to us! We stay longer than expected in this beautiful place in the Drakensberg!

Nice silent place with spacy places even for bigger rigs. Internet for both MTN and Vodacom is slow but usable. Absolutions a bit outdated but clean.

Well, simply awesome campsite. We camped at their prime camping site, next to the lake. Well maintained property, lush gardens, beautiful hedges, top notch ablutions. Thank you Caitlin for your kind assistance

Very clean site with a great view to the mountains, direct on a Damm. 160Rppn.

Very popular campsite so busy during peak season. Great base to hike at Highmoor some 20 mins drive up the road and lots of MTB trails for cyclists. Bass and trout fishing dams as well as a 9 hole golf course. Campsites with views come at an extra cost. Ablutions old but kept spotless.

Great place in a large privat park with 2 dams running as a family holiday farm with many activities. Grassy campsites with large trees. Price 175 R pps.

Large spots Spots 8-12 have great view over lake to mountains. Ablutions well maintained. Fee= ZAR 200 (2 adults, camper)
