Description
This is an unexpected surprise! A restaurant in the front and a full blown zoo in the back. The restaurant has delicious Honduran food, at very reasonable prices. The zoo admission is free. It is family owned and operated. Inherited from the grandmother who first established it. And the family is very friendly, gracious, and helpful. We loved the zoo, especially the monkeys. It is well shaded by its own jungle. Definitely a must stop if you are in the area.
