TOO expensive; maybe because I was here at Xmas, but $47 a night for 1 person in a van. Come on this place is not that special!
Report Check-InStayed 2 nights, reserved on recreation.gov. There are large boulders lining every road and campsite in this campground. We (hubby) made it work with our 32ft trailer and Tahoe but I certainly wouldn't have managed (with my minimal skills) if I were on my own lol. Starlink is the only working Internet out here. Campground is quiet with lots of tent campers. Camp hosts are friendly and helpful!
Report Check-InThe campground is conveniently close to PCH and had two spots remaining at noon. Paid USD 35.
Report Check-Inlovely wholesome spot with no internet, across the road from beach access and an awesome beach. get here before 2pm and wait for first come first served and you might get lucky. we did
Report Check-InCute campground near the beach. You’re right next to the road, which can be a tiny bit loud. Not every site has level/non bumpy spots for a tent, so make sure to check them out if possible! 39 didn’t, but 43 did. You get a nice grassy lawn and some spots for hammocks if that’s your thing.
Report Check-InBasic state campground, around 40 spots. Not a lot of privacy. 35$ per night. No special view but you have an amazing beach about 10 minutes walk. You have to see the host to pay your place but good luck! We had to wait 1 hour for the host to open her door. And she was pretty « sleepy ».
Picnic table and fire pit. Flush toilets.
