Nice little park and $15 camping. Includes electricity and water. Just call city hall before hand.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Easy drive in to city park. Park curves around and camping sites with water and electric are near public pool. No one was here when we pulled in. So very quiet. Level spot against a tree line. $15 a night, can pay online or at city hall. Stayed for one night while driving through.
Report Check-InWe got here around 10:30 at night. Google took us somewhere else first that was pretty scary. Waze got us to the right place. It was perfect. No one else was there. Had power and water and was peaceful. We just stayed on our way to Colorado.
Report Check-InBe careful following directions on iphone maps... Once we found it perfect for a nights sleep!
Report Check-InGoogle reviews said it was free.
NOT FREE $15 per night. Good value.
Water and electricity. No dump station.
Picnic tables
Nice area right by the park and pool.
sleepy cute town, with a city park. elec worked for me, but water did not (it's not quite spring, so they're probably just winterized). power was really solid, ran my heat pump and microwave without issues. RV spots are by the swimming pool, at the back of the city park. it's a little hard to find in the dark, but once you find the pool, it's easy. the google map pin is accurate. due to how late i arrived, i did not register at police station, did not call city hall, did not pay anything, and was not bothered by anyone. i was the only one camped there last night.
Report Check-InFree for 2 nights according to other apps. But, I called the police station to “reserve” a spot. The dispatcher said usually I’d have to take my $15 payment to the city but since it was after hours/nobody would be there to collect payment to have at it and stay for free. I’m still not sure whether it is technically free or not… Two other RVs showed up late at night. There’s power and water spigots but I didn’t try either. Next to a park with other water spigots and trash bins. The bathrooms were closed.
Report Check-InIt’s no longer free but 15$. Still good value for water (potable, but slow filling) and electricity.
Permit is required, you’ll get it at the police station in town (Robertson/8th).
Needed to stop off early because of exhaustion. Surprisingly free elec hookups. Water is off but may be conserving. Amazingly free. Nice little park too. Quiet town.my pup wants to explore and we have, but it’s super hot so we are just chilling.
Report Check-InWow! Called city hall and they said no need to call, just show up. Absolutely no one here on a Saturday night in July, so I am pretty sure you are good any day. All variety of electric (that’s works!) and a water hook up(didn’t test). The park is cute and the spot is quiet and away from people and road noises. Still don’t believe this is free.
Report Check-InWhat an amazing find! It's beautiful here (although it was 100° when we pulled in!) We are the only ones here and didn't unhook, or we would have gone into town for dinner.
Report Check-Inno water but also no crowds. it's a quiet little park with turkeys roaming the grounds.
Report Check-InThis place is fabulous! What an adorable town, and super quiet! We slept like a dream, and the people were super nice and welcoming. We stopped at The Cottage for coffee/lunch and it was delicious and delightful! Will be back here ASAP.
Report Check-InNice park. The rv connections are right next to the pool. Tight fit for bigger rigs. There are actually 7 electric/water hookups instead of 8, since a really big tree is occupying one of them :). Pool was open and people in the pool till past midnight. Plenty of light from the pool area all night. Local mentioned wild pigs coming into the camp occasionally.
Report Check-InGreat place to crash for one night. It was a little tight with out 35ft Motorhome, but it worked out great. The city police officer even came out here to give us our overnight parking permit, and sat and chatted with me for a bit. Great little hidden gem and the price was awesome.
Report Check-InNice little park and free camping. Includes electricity and water. Just call city hall before hand.
