We stopped here because we were too late to reach the Cayambe refugio
Flat area for two cars, toilets 24h and very friendly staff

Since the national park is open from 8AM to 3PM and is it forbidden to camp inside the national park without permit (which one need to be ask 48h before), we have asked to the ranger where is was possible to camp. He propose us to park behind the office in a green field for the night. It is free and you have access to the toilets and water tap.
FYI just behind there is a football field, much bigger, may be it is also possible to sleep there. It is near the church and there are also toilets.
Road is closed to private vehicles until Dec 2023. You can park here and get a ride up and back for $40 pp. Didn't do it. Still seems possible to camp here, but there is no view or anything so not really worth it.
