Description

We boon dock here for the night, nothing spectacular but a nice and very quiet in the grassed car park on the river with flushing toilets open 24 hrs. $1 to park for 24 hrs. Surrounding areas seems to be farm land, no traffic at all. Just up this road is the oak park free campsite, which is also pinned on another post. Please note the water was high and talking to a local they said they were going to release water from up the river so this place will be flooded in the next month temporarily.

Nice quiet spot. Auto-ticket device now $2, otherwise as described. Lots of mosquitos. Nice sunset with a big gator swimming around off the dock A sheriff came driving through in the pre-dawn hours but didn't bother me. Would be really nice if I had a kayak...

Very quiet parking lot during the night. It began to be busy with boats around 9am. Flushing toilets next to the water.
To pay for the parking there is a ticket machine next to the ramp under a roof. Easy to miss at night. Just 1$ per 24 hours

quiet place. bathrooms. a lot of boat launchers.

it's not muddy right now (no rain) but the main path has gravel. if you are careful with the slopes of the ground, you can probably find a safe place even in medium rain.
