Report Check-Inasked for a filling of my fixed US tank .... they could do it by gravity... but would charge 900 pesos per liter!!! the argument was ... "noone else is doin it" wow ... left the place!
Report Check-Inrecarga en el acto, pagamos 2400 pesos para llenar un cilindro argentino.
Report Check-Incheating all tourist. but it was our own fault. didn't ask about the price because we were out of gas.
We paid for 6 kg Propan 1500 peso.
Don't support this! !!!
Refused to fill our US fixed tank advising connection was not possible. We offered to buy an adaptor from the shop listed on Ioverlander but they said they would have to remove the tank in order to fill it.
Report Check-InAVOID THIS PLACE as it's a robbery! They refill propane at 200ARS per kg (with gravity method, so you can only fill 80% of your bottle capacity).
Asked why prices are sooo high and owner said because in Argentina propane is expensive. See VariGas to check the real prices (about 1/5 cheaper). So expensive and dishonest!!
We finally found this spot. They charged 1500 for 10 kg gas. Expensive, but after long time searching we decided to pay this price.
Report Check-Infilled a u.s. style bottle. didn't end up needing the adapter that I bought at onca gas, but glad I had it. 750 pesos for 5kg bottle. seems excessive, but without propane, I can't make coffee so....whatcha gonna do?

We did pay $560 ARG Peso for 6 kilo of propane. About US$ 36. Clean professional shop. Some street parking outside.
Report Check-InExpensive! They charged us $120 for our 2 kilo argentinian bottle. We paid $50 in Junin de los Andes.
Report Check-InThey filled one of our South African cylinders after we bought an adapter in the adapter shop. They needed some time to make the adapter leakproof with teflon tape. It was expensive: ARS 270 for 3 kg.
Report Check-InGood place to feel up the gas bottom. (8:00-12:30 and 16:00-20:00)
