This is a beautiful and perfect flat spot with view on all the western Fagaras mountain range. When we stayed the night, the police came by and they told us it is allowed to sleep there, if we don’t pollute the river. A disadvantage is that the place is popular for locals to wash there car with the river water (which is illegal!). Beware the place can be windy.
