The police kindly advised us to move from the "Tecate" point for safety reasons so we came here. There is some decent public WIFI and it was quiet throughout the night at the exception of the traffic that never quite stopped. There is a plaza right behind this spot with some playground for kids and an Oxxo that seemed to be opened 24/7 where you can get some snacks/ drinks.
