We found this street more quiet than the other spot nearby saved on this app not for having less car traffic but less pedestrians hence avoiding groups of drunk people walking back to their hotel room late at night. We had a good night here and it is the same distance to McDonalds for toilets however there is less parking space given the beginning of the street is reserved for taxis (yellow curb) and the space for cars (white curb) is level for maybe the equivalent of 4 cars before it climbs up and isn't level anymore for sleeping. Taxis at the beginning of the street move until 1am and then stop (they told me because we didn't hear them) and it felt safe, near the hospital and beach.
