Latest Check-Ins

Confirmed overnight parking permitted. Stopped for lunch. Excellent food but a tad on the expensive side. Very friendly though!

Next stop: Route 66 Travel Center. Follow me on YouTube for vanlife adventures. I’m new to this life, so it should be a hoot as I figure things out.

Report Check-In

Arrived around midnight and there’s barely space for my tiny sedan because there are SO MANY trucks. I could park right by the building but since I arrived too late to get permission, I don’t want to risk it. This lot and the lot across the street are full of rows and rows of trucks. I’ve never seen so many in one place.

But traffic is relatively quiet and the place seems safe enough. I plan to get breakfast in the morning and wait out a small storm here.

Had a great dinner and slept well. The space in the back works fine for an easy in and out!

Report Check-In

It was a great little stopping spot for the night and good food.

Nice gravel lot behind the cafe. Watched the Super Bowl and ordered take out from them. Said it was fine to stay. Some road noise but it’s just for a lay over

Report Check-In

Nothing special but fine for the night. We had breakfast at the restaurant and it was very good. Cute place. We heard that the margaritas were good but 9am seemed a little early.

Report Check-In

Went in for dinner and park in the back. Gravel parking lot with lot of semis. Was ok for one night.

Report Check-In

Needed a place for the night, it worked. The truck stops would have been noisy. Didn’t go into the cafe.

Report Check-In

Gravel parking lot behind restaurant. Several 18 wheelers, a fifth-wheel and us.
We ate dinner at the restaurant. There was a long wait as, unknown to us, it was prom night. The food and cold beverage were worth the wait.

Report Check-In

Behind the cafe is a big lot. We pulled in around 7:30 pm and there were 2 trucks there, by morning there were 10. Noise level was what you would expect at a truck stop.

Report Check-In

Lots of room. I found a little spot to back into where it as quiet.

Report Check-In

Great spot for a nights stay. There are several ticks that stayed here as well and I'd say noise level was moderate noise but not to bad.

Report Check-In

This was a perfect place to get off Hwy 40 for a good nights stay on a cross country road trip. Restaurant provided a good tasting dinner and staff said they welcomed us staying overnight.

Report Check-In

As described: great place to overnight with friendly staff and good food
