Ok place to stay on your way to/from Kgaladagi. 15-20 mins drive to border. Campsite pretty small and pitches quite close to each other. Ablutions ok. Electricity. But water taps only in the kitchen lapa and in abutions. N$150/pppn. Pool was nice, but pretty small.

Conveniently located after the Mata Mata border post. Prices seemed to have changed for 2024 with it now being 150pppn abd the wifi as an optional extra for 50nd.
The path from the campsite to the farmstall/pool/wifi is a bit inconvenient (you have to walk the long way round.
You can go for a sunset walk on the dunes if you want.
Ahh and there are also flies at the pool so bring a chameleon for fly control 😅

Not a particularly attractive campsite but has all the facilities you need with some large areas if shade from trees. There is a very nice pool with wooden loungers at the coffee shop and it's a very good pri with for camping at 100 nad pppn While we were here it was EXTREMELY hot and there were alot of flies at the campsite ( not at the pool) which I found really annoying. This may have been due to the weather ( maybe a storm will break over the next day or 2) or the fact that we are on a working farm.

Nice place. 14km from Mata Mata. Shop closed at Saturday afternoon an Sunday.

farm with a small campsite (5 stands). electricity, lights and braai at every pitch. quiet and beautiful stargazing. new and clean ablutions block : 4 showers and 4 toilets with sink and toilet paper. donkey showers switch on by morning or night by a worker : you have to say to them at wich hour you want your shower. very nice owners.
no view in the campsite but lovely view on the red dunes at the pool and bar.
expensive wifi and not working : 50 rands.
we stayed 3 nights, we liked it : 4/5 !
campsite : 100 pppn.
tent with double bed : 350 the night for 2.
4 rooms with AC : 650 the night for 2.
3 chalets with kitchen around the pool : 950 the night for 2.

Lovely small (6) camping spot, there are two tents and self catering rooms. Swimming pool. Walks on the dunes or down dry river bed. Good birding. Friendly owners. Ablutions very good. There’s even a washing line! Peaceful nights rest.

Stayed here at the last minute and they had place. Reception was pleasant and they waited for our late arrival. Camp ground has trees and shade, braai’s and electricity. It’s quiet and you can walk around the farm. Ablutions had hot water and were clean. Hot water is generated by a “donkey” which is lit at around 5:30 in the morning and we had hot water at 6:30.

The place is real like description. Very high quality level for this area. Shady camsites with water and power.
This place is now on 120N$-ppn. But this is a fair price. . There are 10 rooms also for selfCatering, nice Pool and small Bistro, all is very fine done. Guys that place needs more attention from us all. #### [email protected], Tel.+274 812351859

This is a special place. very up market with fair prices. Campsite N$100 per person. Pool. Bar area. Restaurant. This place definately out perform the rest. The rooms are huge and so nice. This place has a personal touch.
