Good spot for one night. Clean showers 17$ Washing machine 2.15$ Drier 2.75$ A little noisy not too much.
Bon endroit pour une nuit. Douches propres 17$. Laveuses 2.15$ Sécheuse 2.75$. Un peu bruyant à cause des camions 🚚

The place with water accessible is exactly as the comment. Also you can have a shower and you can also wash your clothes.

There is a water spigot on the side of the building, at the corner near the ice machine. You have to bring your own sillcock key
