With our 3,20m high rig and 2 dogs, this was our only option in El Paredon & we were turned down by 5 different places.

Luckily, the place is lovely! Parking is a very basic gravel lot (would fit 3-4 rigs leaving enough space for guests). Price is 30Q per night which is by far the cheapest in town we could find. Dogs are very welcome, they have 3 of their own. Bathrooms, cold (but nice!) shower, awesome pool and chill-out area can be used. It also has a restaurant, El Tiburon, that does really good but slightly expensive food. We did eat here a lot though as we saved so much on camping and it was very convenient. There is free coffee in the morning, the beach is a stone's throw away and everybody is lovely! We really enjoyed our experience and only left after 4 days as the surf was too big for me. For us definitely the best place in town. Quiet at night if dogs are not barking!

We didn't need electricity but there seemed to be a possibility to plug in with an extension cord. Not sure if they would charge.

When I asked to parked there, I was told the owner does not allow it anymore.

Report Check-In

Cool place small parking but accessible. Good restaurant and big swimming pool. They accept people with van you have to pay 50q/pers.

Showed up around 7pm so it was pretty late as traffic in Guatemala added a few hours. As a side note the road along the dunes is very very soft only 4x4 we saw 4 cars get stuck in 2 days so be aware. Had to pay 90Q each night which kinda sucked but we didn’t know if beach parking was allowed and we also got to use showers, bathrooms, pool, common area, and chill and charge phones in restaurant. Parking is gated from 9pm to 5am ish. Also free coffee in am.

they let us park and sleep in the car. We have to eat something or pay 75 qt. You have access to the pool, wifi, bathrooms, showers. Food is really good and you can buy a margarita pizza for 65 qt and a beer for 15 qt. Good place. April is really hot during the day

Report Check-In

Q75 per night to camp in the parking lot (2 people in a van). Nice facilities - bathrooms, showers, pool, areas to relax. The parking lot isn't great but we really only slept there - stayed 3 nights.

Report Check-In

Good parking location for Q40 per night. Good restaurant pizzas. A cheap good point

Very nice place, close to the beach. The local staff is very kind and smiling and keen to learn English. The place is owned by an Israeli guy, therefor the place is full of young people from his country. It's a place where we could camp with a tent for quite cheap (50Q for 2ppl). They have a restaurant with an firewood oven to bake decent good pizzas.

We arrived here on a Saturday night with two other truck camper/vans. Although it was busy and the car park was small, they made it work for us. We ended up staying here 6 nights. We loved it! Direct access to such a cool beach, walking distance to Super 24 and other tiendas, beautiful swimming pool that you can actually do serious lengths in, ok wifi and very yummy pizzas. Lots of cool, friendly tourists from Israel and Guatemala.

This is a very nice place. We couldn't ask for more. It's really close to the beach, has a nice swimming pool, good restaurant, wifi, and the owners are really nice. The parking lot doesn't have any shade but wasn't unbearably hot. They currently charge 50Q per van. We spent a very relaxing week there.

Report Check-In

Good pool, clean bathrooms, nice restaurant and areas to hangout. However when we got there the staff said it was 30q for one night and then later told us that management was upping the price so if we wanted to stay more than one night it would be 35q per person

absolute stunner of a place. Still 30Q per car, whereas other places in town are 30Q per person.
pool, slack line, chill out area with potable water, free coffee in the morning, flush toilets, showers, 30 sec to the beach and a tasty menu in the restaurant with big portions. everybody was just lovely and super welcoming. loved it here!
