Really delicious restaurant. From the main square down towards the serpentines you’ll see a hostal sign after 50m. Walk the small trail down. The third door. Super friendly owners and great food. Didn’t check out the rooms. But sure they’re fine

The hostal doesn't make food anymore but the white house in front of it (at the bottom) serves simple meals. We got two plates with chicken, potatoes, beets and corn for 15soles and it was very nice! Expect a very simple place (we didn't even eat at a table) but the food surprised us really (see photo) and there is no other option in town

The hostal is still running. 20 soles, shared bath. Very basic.
The owners have a bodega at the northeast corner of the plaza. You will likely have to go there to ask for a room.
