Namibia
Official campsite in the park just off C14. Set next to dry creek bed with rare trees, very basic with only a drop toilet and some picnic tables spread out in individual pitches. You need a permit to camp here but if you go over the knoll to the last sites you will be our of site of the road. A very pleasant spot to spend the night.

Good enough for cyclists to break the stretch between Solitaire and Walvis Bay. First spot with broken seat/chair group has good shade under trees..the other spots have only broken and dead trees.
Report Check-InWarning. - The place is a disaster. We had pre-booked and paid with NWR. We found a desolate place: broken set of bulls, rubbish bins overflowing, no shaded area, everything dirty, no usable barbecue area. The site is unsafe as there is no one on site and the stable area is directly visible from the road. NWR charges an outrageously high price for this. We did not stay there, but preferred to drive on to Walfisbay.
