Recreation area with toilets, picnic tables and braai pits closely overlooking the beach. it's windy, of course, but the spots up to the left have some protection and have the best views. We couldn't find anyone for info or to pay. A surprisingly good spot, quiet and with all the basics.

Stayed here for one night when visiting Lüderitz. We checked out the beach and the camping opportunities during the day, went to town for dinner and then came back around 9pm. Didn’t see or meet anyone either in the afternoon, at night or in the morning. Great place to overnight, although the toilets don’t have any running water. Each “site” has a table and bbq. A lot of wine during the day, but calm at night and in the morning
Report Check-InGreat wild camp. Some wind protection. I we woke up to a flock of flamingos wading in the water in a straight line from our rooftop tent.
Report Check-Inspend 1 perfect night with our 4x4 with roof tents ! As described, be careful with broken Glass but the spot is very quiet and beautiful. welcomed by flamingos and Dolphins. What expected more ?

We came at Sunday afternoon. Some local people enjoyed the beach but everyone left after sunset.
Great beach. We camped at one of the many Braai places. Yes there are lots of rubbish but we cleaned up one and enjoyed our stay. Toilets are unusable as the are no water. Great place if there are no wind. It's a free campsite.
Report Check-Init's free to camp, but the toilets are not useable. the only facility is a braai at each stand. wonderful spot if you are alone there, but signs are that people go there to drink, with glass on the beach.
Report Check-InPicknickplatz direkt am Meer, leider etwas vermüllt, vor allem mit Alkoholflaschen. Aber Meeresrauschen beim Einschlafen macht es wieder wett!
