Arriving to Belen, pass the virgen to the left. Down the road there is an entrance to the river. To the left is leveled ground, a table, some garbage around and access to the river. Must be a popular spot for locals but tuesday night was empty. Some traffic noise from the road.

Great place to sleep and pass the night, right next to the river with sandy Beach. Highly recommend it. (not that hot when we were there).
