Something not right?

Description

Nice boondocking site next to the River. Instead of going all the way to the campsite we decided to stop earlier and just camped next to the gravelroad, in a pull out (with traces of former campers). from the other Side of the River you can still hear the mainroad but it is quiet enough.
TIP: If you like free wifi and toilets, drive to the Taylor River Rest Area 2 minutes away ;)

Latest Check-Ins

Nice spot next river surrounded by trees. Very slight traffic noise from Hwy 4. No cell service with T mobile.

All the nice spots on the river were taken, I arrived at 9pm. Ended up just pulling off the road as my car is small and self contained. Nice for a night. Road is bumpy but fine for 2WD low clearance. Clearly marked forestry road on google maps.

Nice place. Was busy when we came (@7.30pm), but we found a spot. Next to the river. Road was bumpy but ok with our van.

A few pics added! I hope it helps. Just on the left of the gravel road coming from Highway 4 when following the Snow Creek sign.

Cute place by the river. I was the only vehicule but 2 other vans could have fit in there. There was just one pick-up right by the river bed. unclear how they got there!
A table was available for cooking. Follow the Snow creek sign. Go over the bridge and continue for a couple of kms. The first campsite was full, just continue a little further.

Very nice place, about 1 km gravel road but doable with a van. Beautiful lake/river to swim in after a hot day (but really cold 🥶) No toilets.

Turn right at the fork to a beautiful spot! A bench appears to have been added this past May long weekend. The Centre spot has cell service (for Rogers anyway) but not at this one. Fine by me! Enjoy the view & the water with limits road noise.
