One double now costs 70 for foreigner. Maria has vacation, and the young man changed us 70 bo. The dogs from next door barked several periods at the night. We didn't feel soooo great like the forerunners. It's ok for a night in the city. Ps. and there are no toilet paper in the share bathroom.

Everything fine. Maria wasn't there but another guy from the house let us in. 70 for the top floor room.
Shared bathroom with quite a few others, shower water is just warm enough. Clean room and bed

We stayed in the room on the top floor. Really beautiful room with lots of sunlight. A big rooftop terrace to chill, with also a few washing sinks. The perfect place to stay for a big cleanup. Really recommend this place. The fuel station around the corner sold us fuel at local price in the jerry can.

Perfect, clean, cheap and very nice hostel. Not a lot to add. Laundry for use 8Bs. for obe machine-use. The cousin from Maria refilled our can 3 times (60 liter) at the petrol station. Give him a tip. Note: We have forgotten our laptop at the room (very stupid, i know) and Maria managed everything to grt the laptop back!

Maria is super lovely and staying here felt like home. Garage could currently fit 2 cars / vans. We parked our van on the street for a few nights when there was no room in garage and it was OK, feels pretty safe. We paid 60B per night - lovely big room and shared bathroom. It was 50B to sleep in the car in garage. Shower has been fixed, but no wifi. It's a 20min walk to central downhill. Good market a few blocks away.

Perfect place to stay in Sucre. No sign outside. Just ring the bell. Kitchen, washing machine, nice rooms and dining room. 25pppn if you sleep in the car. I think there won't be WiFi in the future because it's crazily expensive and not reasonable for her.

Highly recommended Paid 35bol for private room, shared bath. Laundry available 7bol per load 12 with soap, hang dry. 15 min walk to town. Ample parking for bikes maybe 2 cars. Large room. Upstairs shower not working. She was working on it as I left. A bit hard to find if you're ofline, no signs or anything outside. Just go door to door until you find it. Nice fully equipped kitchen to use. Maria's cousin(primo) filled my 10l jerry can twice at local rates. I paid him 5bol for each trip he made.

The place to be in Sucre. Maria's very nice. Garage ok for 2 cars. Possible to cook there. Double for 30Bol/pers. very recommended place

María is super nice and a great host, she will make you feel like home. It's good to call ahead if she has space, we spent a few days here with other overlanders, fit 3 cars inside.
Warm showers, clean room, kitchen, close to center. Don't look further :)

garage fits maximal 3 cars. safe place in the city. Maria is very friendly and its a pleasure to have a talk with her.

Great stay at Maria's home! She's super friendly and the house is big and clean. This place started with lodging for spanish students and now she is making more rooms. She loves to talk with foreigners (good for your spanish!)
Double room: 60b; Laundry (own product): 8b; Laundry (+product): 12b.
Still no Wifi but the gym and cafes in town can help with that.

Nice place very near to city center. We took room 30bol pp with shared toilets. Our rig was too big for garage so we parked right outside the house and it felt safe. Maria confirmed its no issues as she keeps front fairly lighted all night. a comfortable night.

We also spent a couple of nights at Maria's. María is so nice and it's really an awesome hospedaje. It's a huge house with a big, fully equipped kitchen; patio with washing machine free to use (own detergent) and a living/study room. Everything is very clean and it was a very calm night. 60 Bol for a double bed room /night, 50 if you are alone. We could park the car inside. Very much recommended place!
Some additional information: Maria works on week days. She is normally at home from Monday to Friday from 12 am to 2pm and then from 4pm onwards. But if you come in between the neighbors can open you the door (btw at number 51 it's the left door, and the lowest doorbell for Maria or the neighbors) and they will call Maria. On Saturdays and Sundays she's at home!
WiFi is planned to be installed in aprox. 2 months, but you can get WiFi at the gym just down the hill.

We spent a couple of days at this Place. There is like a big garage for two or three cars (max. height 2.6m). You can sleep in the car and use the bathroom with hot shower, the kitchen and the washing machine. You also can sleep in a nice double bedroom for 35 Bolivianos per night and room. The same you will pay if you sleep in the car. The owner Maria is really helpful and is an Spanish teacher. You can also take spanish classes for 35 Bolivianos per houre per person. To the historic center you need by foot about 10 minutes. Nearby are a lot of good and cheap restaurants. The direction is: Maita Kapac # 51, Sucre. To contact the owner in advance: [email protected]
