Paid 10.000 CFA for 20 GB and 500 for the SIM card. They helped us getting our Hotspot to work.

Very easy and friendly staff. I paid CFA5500 for SIM & 6GB data, just handed over my passport & waited 10mins. Simple. Didn't get any feeling they were interested in cheating me like some of the reviews, so maybe it's changed.

Always worth asking price first anyway.

We did our sim here, prices as explained. Extremely helpful and friendly staff really welcomed us and went out of their way for us. It was 6:45pm when we arrived and they served us.

We arrived here on a sunday late afternoon. We paid 500 CFA for the sim card and 10.000 CFA for 20go. Friendly and helpfull staff !

Reaaaaaaallly slow place. Dont come here if you are in a hurry.
They also ripped me off : I paid 3000 CFA for 2 giga, my friend next to me paid 2000 for 2 giga. No explaination, just "you didnt order the same offer". Just ask for the price list before you paid anything, people here are not honest and dont seem to know their job. The woman also told me that I didnt buy enough data because Togolese Gigas were different than European Gigas... Best joke ever.

Opening hours:
monday to friday from 7.45 to 16.30
saturday from 9.00 to 12.30
I was here in saturday 15.00 so no simcard before monday :(

Togocel operator where you can buy a SIM card and credit for data. More professional than the Moov operator down the road (Moov SIM card takes more than 24 hours to be activated). All you need is your passport and they’ll take a copy. SIM card is activated immediately here at Togocel.
