We couldn't make the track, but it's a good spot if you can get there.
However, after parking before the road splits we walked a little past there and slung a hammock, we took our valuables to the waterside while swimming but within minutes there was a guy going through the hammock we'd left higher up.
We stayed further down towards the national park area for the night after that and had no problems, though there were lots of people around throughout the night.
Report Check-InDrove here but didn’t stay as it was super dirty and not so nice anyhow. Spent the day at the other “Free Beach” option, where it is beautiful...
Report Check-InWe also arrived with our VW kombi, is not necessary a W 4x4. The place seems quite and peaceful. We didn’t slept there, just stay during the day.
Nosotros llegamos con nuestra VW kombi, no es necesario un 4x4. El sitio parece tranquilo y seguro, nosotros no dormimos allí por eso, solo estuvimos durante el día!
We’ve made it in an VW Kombi down here and it wasn’t too hard. Beautiful spot and with a Bit back and forth you can make it to a level. But be aware! Earlier on the road we met a drunk guy who asked for money. He followed us to this spot and continued begging. Made us feel so uncomfortable, that we decided to leave. When turning around he tried to “help” us by telling us where to drive back and forth. That ended in our back bumper being crashed into a tree. He said there was nothing and it was just a branch... could be bad luck.
