29.6.2017: They do not accept overlanders anymore in their lot !

Amazing view of the Lake and the little island.
I think this was the first time that they had overlanders.
They let us park and use the bathroom and shower (very very very hot shower!!) of a nice cabin. We also used electricity (you'll need extension cord).
They wanted COP$30.000 for the truck+2 people but we asked for COP$20.000 and they said yes.
It was cold and rainy when we were there and asked to use the fireplace at the cabin which had an additional cost of COP$10.000, totally worth it!
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.

We stayed here for one night as the other camping was closed. We liked it! It wasnt that expensive and they have a good restaurant and you can use the fire place for free. Very friendly stuff!
Report Check-InIf you feel like treating yourself stay a night or two here. It’s 210K COP basic room with breakfast or you can upgrade to jacuzzi tub or suite with fireplace for 290. We got room 212 and had two balconies, fireplace, and sweeping views of town and lake with island. The only negative for us was that it was very cold and cloudy and the fireplace did not heat the room much. We got our space heater from the camper to warm it up some more. Maybe in sunnier weather the room might be more comfortable, but they give you lots of blankets. Enjoy..

Most is true. We were charged 20000cop for two to park in the parking lot. But they said no to showers!. Not sure what we are doing wrong.
Report Check-InVery friendly waiter but a very unfriendly manager. Did not even gave us a glance or talk to us. (Me, my wife and our 5 kids) was ready to pay any price as it was getting dark alteady but left the place due to her attitude. Drove to Gardin de Lago and despite they were closed we were welcomed very friendly.
