12 hour parking limit in the truck/RV lot. 2 hour parking limit in the car/van lot, with signs forbidding sleeping in vehicles. There is a third parking lot but it’s only for the Welcome Center with signs that threaten towing if the lot is used after the Welcome Center closes. Spent the night on the truck side while in a car. Noisy but I can handle it. Other RVS and vans over here as well

Report Check-In

Stayed here for 5 nights. One night in the car area (posted 2 1/2 hour parking but many cars stayed there all night). The other nights in the RV/truck area, posted 12 hour parking. Never felt unsafe, always arrived late and left early, but nice to be near the bathrooms and Colorado Welcome Center.

Report Check-In

Not a great place for cars. 2hr & 30min parking, so you have to be out by the time the rest area closes. Also LOTS of overnight parkers. I ended up going to a park-n-ride

Report Check-In

Colorado Department of Transportation information Center and Rest Stop. 12 hour posted time limit. Lot of trucks, lots of noise. No hassles.

Report Check-In

This is a rest area. Not sure about the car side, but the larger commercial truck parking side is allowed to park for 12hrs. So you can get a good nights sleep when arriving at the right time. Just not too late, the spots start to fill up quick after 6-7pm. Again, can not speak for the car side as we are in a 30ft RV.
