Description
We came to the lodge for another reason and met Mauricio, it's owner and manager and he let us stay on the parking lot for 2 nights.
He is very helpful and a great person.
It is not meant to be a Campground at all, but we liked it so much that asked Mauricio to put it here on ioverlander and he agreed.
The parking lot is small, has space for 6 vehicles and is not leveled, BUT on the other side has very good wifi, a lovely restaurant with hammocks with a great view of the ocean and is very quiet. It's out of town, about 20 minutes walk which we think is another plus.
A great place to relax for a couple of days.
Also, if someone is interested to stay longer and participate as a volunteer (building a greenhouse, helping on the kitchen, helping with the website -translating to other language, for example-, or teaching your skills) you are very welcome.
Price is USD$3 p/p.

Es un precioso lugar para parar, descansar y pasar unos dias disfrutando de la vista del mar desde el lodge, cuenta con espectaculares cabañas, cenderos ecologicos, kioskos, barra de bebidas, baños, duchas, servicio de restaurante, cuenta con dos pista para la practica de vuelo de ala delta, un lugar muy seguro y tranquilo, junto a la naturaleza. Mauricio es un excelente anfitrion, se puede hacer voluntariado para ioverlander. Pasamos unos dias maravillosos aprendimos del lugar, dusfrutanos.la playa y el despegue y practica de los vuelos. Report Check-InOfficially, the place is closed but Mauricio is still living there and receiving overlanders. Beautiful place and Mauricio has some amazing stories and experiences to share.
Easily walkable to town while still have nice quiet nights with beautiful views over the ocean.

Report Check-InVery nice and calm spot & friendly owner! The way up is a bit steep but should be no problem for a 2WD in dry season. The parking lot wouldn't fit bigger rigs. Very fast Wifi!
