Description

From campsite owner, update 13.09.2023: Our excursions take place in the region and are guided in English, these can be booked in advance or on-site. The campsite can be booked all year round.

Equipped with electricity, sanitary facilities, washing-up area and cooking facilities, as well as wifi and can be approached all year round. In the rainy season from Nov. to May we recommend not to camp with a tent (short but heavy rainstorms) and instead stay in your own camper or in our shared room for backpackers.

The use of the pool area, marked footpaths, observation towers and of course the animal encounter zones are included in the price. Various excursions are possible to book on site or in advance¨, which is the cheaper option. English or Portuguese speaking guide is guaranteed, German speaking Tourguide depends on availability.

It is possible to book full board with buffet in addition, as well as lunch packages, fuel and other services.

We stayed 3 night and enjoyed the end of our Pantanal trip. Nice place to relax but the wildlife is much less than further into the Transpantaneira. There are walking trails and nice bird watching towers (17m high). We could use the pool and used the restaurant once for dinner and breakfast. Dinner was not worth it but breakfast was nice….price for night was 55pp/pn (kids free). Breakfast 60 pp, dinner buffet 85pp

Super nice location. Campsite is 40 RS ppn with electricity, hot showers etc. They are also offering horseback riding, foto safari, Jaguar tours etc. and if you want you can have lunch, dinner. I love this place and we definitely will stay longer than initially planned.

Pantanal adventure on a small budget! We paid 40 real pp for camping, hot showers, electricity, pool and sink available. You can use their kayaks for free and enjoy a nice boat tour. Bird watching towers for the sunrise and forrest walking trails, you don't need to be accompanied by a guide. Prices are more than fair considering all the activities you can do by yourself without additional costs.

We had a great stay here at Estancia Vitoria. Great space for rigs large and small, tent camping, rooms and small suites. There is a pool, good showers, bathrooms, restaurant, cold drinks, laundry...everything you need in the heat of the Pantanal! They have organized guided tours of every type. There is always space and no reservations are needed for camping. We paid 55 reales per person. It is best to contact them ahead of time if you would like guiding services. Check out their website at www.pantanal.ch We highly recommend this site when you are spending time in the north Pantanal!

Camped here a few nights. BRL 55 pp. Lovely spot. Staff is friendly and helpful. We could use the pool area and WiFi and camp under a tree nearby next to a tap. A room was made available to us so we had access to a toilet and hot shower. Walks to two viewing towers. Saw some good birds and a few animals. One can eat at the restaurant. Breakfast BRL20, lunch and dinner BRL40. Very relaxing stay.

Very well kept pousada, good facilities, internet runs over their own satellite link and is reasonably fast except around mid evening. Owned by Germans and expertly run by n Brazilian couple of which he speaks multiple languages fluently (German, English, Spanish). Lots of mosquitos even during the day when we visited. The bird towers are great, there are kayaks to take to a stream free of charge, bicycles, etc. Nice place. R$40 pp.
