Really beautiful spot just as described (except no partying locals on a Monday night. Saw 1 car and 1 ATV on the road and had a silent evening with beautiful sunset. Further along the road gets very bad, huge potholes but if you have AWD and some clearance there is a great overlanding spot on the lake (not level and lots of black dust so best for a camper)

After spending the night, a few more things to add. As a previous poster wrote, it does seem it’s the local party spot. Very poor sleep here, various cars full of people in and out throughout the night, parking close to our van, laughing and yelling up until around 230am. I was extremely hyper vigilant all night and barely slept. Such a calm, quiet place otherwise, it’s a shame.

Absolutely wonderful place. Quiet, beautiful lake. Please keep it clean. Fish jumping everywhere, bring your poles. Our biggest concern was we wouldn’t have service but it has improved since the original posting and we have three bars.

Small gravel lot by the lake with a pit toilet. Was quiet when we came, nice views. No cell service. Nice views would reccomend. Road coming in is pretty rough and pot holey, but take it slow and you'll make it in most vehicles.

Beautiful view, lots of garbage around fire area, one outhouse. Seems like a local party area. The short road in after turning off the logging road is a bit rough, lots of big holes. I only got 1 bar of 3g cell service so after hanging out I went back down the road and found another spot.

Lots of garbage around the fire pit, one outhouse. Seems like a local party spot. Beautiful view. I only got 1 bar of 3g service there so I went back down the road after hanging out for a while. After turning off the main logging road the short stretch to the parking area is really rough, lots of big holes to drive through.

Campsite directly next to the Duke Lake. Nice View and not to far from town. Keep it clean. Firepit and Pit Toilet available. Just off the gravel road, easy drive.
