Awesome Forest Service campground. First come, first served, no reservation. Full by Friday. Senior America pass $10. Quiet, no hookups, clean toilets. Good location to hiking trails and the awesome bakery in Mazama. Stayed 3 days, will go back for a longer stay.
Report Check-InNice, spacious sites, short hike to a beautiful creek. Few campers this time of year and no mosquitos.
Report Check-InFlat sites for tent or rv. Water, garbage, pit toilets. Trees, shade. $20 per night half that with geezer pass. One bar cell service AT&T. Away from Hwy enough for minimal traffic noise.
Report Check-InJust a few things to add the day we were here. The water on the loop to the left was not functioning. There was no cell service. The spots above the creek were nice.
Report Check-InAbout one mile off the hwy. newer pit toilets, big campground. No cell service.
Report Check-InReally nice campground. Nearly empty on Monday 2nd week September. Last night we stayed at Newhalem campground in North Cascades National Park - this (Klipchuck) would have been much nicer.
Report Check-InNice campground with lots of sites available. It was quite busy when we were there, but we arrived around 4pm and still managed to find an empty site. Two short trails from the site, picnic tables at each site, access to the creek, taps dotted around, toilets and waste disposal all available. Set back from the road so it's nice and quiet. We paid $12 which is pretty good for what you get
