USDA Forest service campground right on the Truckee river. The campground has vault toilets and no hookups but they have a couple water spigots around the campgrounds. They allow up to 14 days and it’s $22 a night unless you have a national parks annual pass, then it’s $11 dollars a night. The campsites are clean and have a fire pit and picnic table. It was easy to maneuver and find a spot for our 40ft skoolie.

Close at 15 October
Ferme à partir du 15 octobre pour la saison d’hiver
Campground near the road. Clean sites, pit toilets. $22 or $11 with national parks pass. All of the sites were labeled as reserved for the weekend but we were able to stay on a Thursday night no problem.
Report Check-InClose to the highway, so lots of traffic noise, less on the river side. Nice place otherwise. Typically has sites open except on summer weekends. Potable water spigots, no dump. Some Verizon service
