Description
Checked out the place up the river but they wanted to charge us +200 for a night... This place is 50pp.... Camped by the river. They have camping bathrooms but opened up a cabana bathroom for us with shower and all. Lovely staff. Plenty of free camping around I am pretty sure but we wanted a place to spend out for the day.

We met the brother of the owner and he spoke great English. They charged us $200 for 2 people. We just slept in the car as it was a bit chilly for the tent.
There are toilets and showers and it’s only a 2-3 minute drive to Cascadas Tamasopo.
He let us fill up our water bottles too.
He wanted $800 to stay in the Cabanas, but he said it’s usually $1200.
Very quiet as it was a Wednesday.
News from today: Free WiFi is now aviable close to the Restaurant under the palpa, s. Foto. I paid MXN 80 vor one night.
Report Check-InGreat spot to relax in. Clean bathrooms. Great fish at Restaurant attached. Enjoyed dips in river and kayaks available for a reasonable fee - 50p for 1 hr. Camp fee was 100p per night for two. No hookups. Friendly and helpful staff.
