Just a quiet place to park for a night. The hospital has a cafe, WiFi, and bathrooms and there are lots of cars parked overnight so a van wouldn't stand out too much. Green areas for dog walking.
Why? By checking in after you’ve visited a place you let others know this place is still functional. You can also add or correct any information.
Great place to park for the night. The noise didn't bother us too much, other than a helicopter. Nobody bothered us, and we were able to take the nearby trail into downtown to explore.
Report Check-Injust as described. links up to part of the creek trail that traverses the whole city. there are sirens throughout the night, so it may not work if you’re a light sleeper. lots of other vanfolk there, cop parked nearby, but they didn’t seem to care about the obvious vanfolk :)
Report Check-Ingreat quite spot to camp overnight, slept here multiple nights. definitely a golden find, next to hospital
Report Check-InDrove in late and there are some no overnight parking signs but just keep going until you reach the cul de sac. There was only one other rig there and we parked as far as we could from the emergency and it was relatively quite. There is also a nice dog-friendly walking path!
Report Check-InParked for one night. Very quiet and a few other vans were there. Great place to get some good sleep.
Report Check-InExactly as described. Very quiet and lots of other rigs and cars sleeping here for the night. Feels quite safe.
Report Check-InVery easy on convenient after visiting RMNP all day. At least 6 other overnighters here and no one appeared to have any issues. Good cell service on ATT.
Report Check-InOk spot for the night. Being close to the trail and greenspace is a plus, especially if you have dogs. However recommend parking further from the hospital garage and on the west side of the road if possible. We grabbed a spot on the east side and were awakened all night with traffic going in/out of emergency room, sirens, trauma helicopter taking off/landing and then all but blocked in by employees of the business here parking on street also. If you're an early riser you shouldn't have any problem getting out by 7 on the weekdays.
Report Check-InStayed here in 40ft skoolie. There seemed to be a couple other vehicles that stay there longer term. Had several cops drive by to go into the hospital and they didn’t seem to notice us there.
Nice walk to rental bikes and shopping centers. Glad we stayed here!

This a great place to park for the night. I’d recommend if your in the area.
Report Check-InGreat street parking. Quiet street. Very popular for vans. Woke up to twice as many as I went to sleep with. Starbucks 1 mile away which is where I went to get ready that opens at 5am if you need a place to sleep in Boulder, this is it. Mask required if using emergency room restroom
Report Check-InNice quiet street for the night with a couple other vans/campers.
Great Verizon 4G service.
Report Check-InQuiet street behind the hospital. Excited to walk the trial in the morning. I’ll update my description when we leave!
Report Check-Inme and my partner staying here before we travel. its quiet & nice walking path if you have a dog or just want to walk. enjoy !
Report Check-Instayed here about a half a dozen times. nice little walk and sunset view, always plenty of room, seems really safe hospital cameras are in sight from a distance.
