we booked a 1 day mokoro cano trip in Maun. you have to register yourself here and write yourself out of the book when you leave again. we stayed 2nights wildcamping in the area without problems. When we left the guard said we should have paid 2x entrance fee instead of 1x but it was no problem for him. There where no extra charges

If you are starting from Morutsa or Ditshiping you have to pass this gate. It is open from 6 am to 10 pm.
Morutsa starting point is directly when you turn left. Ditshiping is aproximately 10 km further.
The gate is like a veterenary check. Beyonce this point cattle is not allowed. No checking of food.

if you book a Mokoro trip and choose this departing point, this is where the gate is (takes about 40 to 50mins from the main road when you turn left to Mochaba Crossing Lodge). the departing station is on the left after the gate.
