Easy border crossing (either country several kilometres from the actual border). All nationalities accepted. Green card not valid in Kosovo. Kosovo insurance for 15 days (minimum) for €15 available at the border.

easy and friendly border. the montenegro border checkpoint and kosovo checkpoint are roughly 10 km away. you will get an insurance at the border

Insurance / green card was for free, at least for motorbikes (1 month) but I was told the same by a car driver.
