Something not right?

Description

Pretty average dirt road. Several pull offs for vans or cars. Tent camping and hammocks work. Definitely undeveloped. Not sure if anything with a trailer would be able to turn around here. Spent one rainy night. Saw one other car and one sprinter van.

Fire ring on the left side of dirt road about 1 mile in. Pretty level spot. Quiet, lots of stargazing in between trees. I have Verizon jetpack so full internet. 2 bars verizon cell service. Perfect spot!

Do not go past Smithbrook Trailhead with a 2wd! i came all the way from Wenatchee and barely made it with my 2wd! stayed one night on Smithbrook Trail carpark and it was a very calm night, can't hear the highway up there. would only recommend for cars and smaller than a transporter, lots of pullouts along the road but it was very busy and most of them were taken on a weekend!

Report Check-In

As described earlier, dirt road in good shape early Aug ‘23. We were able to turn around our 26’ Class C at a turn out. 1bar T-Mobile, 2bar Verizon. Beautiful mountain creek close by.

bridge crossing creek is snowed in still, pretty hummocky, could probably do in a high clearance 4x4 but didn't want to roll the dice with my van

Report Check-In

No access, 8 ft wall of snow blocking entrance. Tried both east and west bound to see if I was losing my mind.

Report Check-In

There were a few actual spots with fire pits and they were spread out quite a bit. our 21ft rv fit fairly well. no traffic at night but in the morning there were quite a few people driving by since it was the weekend.
