Full hook up park - electricity, sewage, water. USD 45 (w GoodSam 10% discount) . Showers included which are clean and hot. Good Wi-fi. Walking distance 1.7miles to downtown and Chester Creek trail just behind the campground. Price is steep but so close to downtown and after many wild camps a refreshing change.

I believe the full price is 45 usd/night but I needed to park my truck camper while traveling to Katmai NP and they lowered it to 35 usd/night. I ended up staying a few more nights. Owners are nice, showers/restrooms can be clean or dirty depending on your luck. Wifi is good enough for some things, not for video meetings. It's an easy place to stay in Anchorage, I'd stay again.
Report Check-InIf you need to stay right in Anchorage, definitely choose this one over any other RV park. $50 a night is steep and you are very packed in but they have strong WiFi, clean hot unlimited showers, laundry, friendly staff and full hookups including sewer right at the site.
Report Check-InMore pricy than the usual camp sites. get AAA or other 10% off. However this camping is nicely organized and easy to park and use the full hookup. Noise from road in front, quieter in rear.
Report Check-InNice place with all the usual things. But if you are in a soft skin vehicle it is super noisy, road noise with trucks and semi and then there are the airoplanes.
